Shipping

All orders to the UK include free shipping.

Shipping prices to the rest of world will vary depending on size and weight, please see individual listings for details.

All framed paintings and larger works will be shipped via a tracked delivery service. Smaller unframed paintings and works on paper will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location but I’ll be in touch with tracking details (if relevant) and an estimated delivery time as soon as your order is on it’s way.

Returns

If your order has been damaged during delivery, please email me at info@kieraningram.com within 14 days so that we can sort out the situation as quickly as possible.

In some cases it will be possible for me to repair the damage, otherwise you can post the order back to me and I will issue a full refund.

Taxes and Duties for International Shipments

All applicable customs fees along with taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs authorities require that I state the value of your order directly on your package. Original art is generally duty free or taxed at a lower rate than other products but the duties and fees will vary depending on the destination country.
